The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will limit its enforcement of certain gender-identity discrimination claims against members of the Christian Employers Alliance under a new settlement.
The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA), a group representing Christian employers, sued the EEOC in January 2025, arguing that the agency “improperly applied Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to force employers to affirm and accommodate” transgender employees, reports HR Brew.
My sincerely held beliefs dictate I can abuse Christians. How dare you challange that!
My brain somehow misread “trans” as “three”. Like they have to choose carefully. Because Brandon’s on T, but I’m also pretty sure he’s doing anabolics and hitting the gym pretty hard, so maybe we give Lilith, Luna, and Link shit instead.
So we can misgender them back, right?
Call them devil-worshipers. Trans people exist because God wants trans people to exist. Those who worship hate follow Satan, not God. They can have their religious freedom, and so do you. “I forgive you of your sin of misgendering me. But I warn you, on your current path, you will burn in Hell for worshiping hate.”
If you want, but it wont cause harm like it does for a trans person.
I think you underestimate how much pride conservative manly men put in their pronouns
If one or more people start ma’aming a sir without a hint of sarcasm; yeah, it can become an issue.
No, but it can be hilarious
They HATE women. Being called ma’am, miss, bitch, whatever is damaging and might evoke a felony. I’ve been addressing all my complaints to fascist politicians to Madam [title]. Also ask who’s on their period or if they are menopausal. I refuse to use their preferred pronouns ever.
I had a bus driver pull the thing off to side and call police on some passenger because she called him a “woman” as insult while arguing.
You have to take it a step further and imasculate them. Treat them how they treat women. Make them feel it. Offer to help them lift stuff, offer to get things down from high places, make comments about their outfits. Dont let them leave work without offering to walk them to their car.
Use singular they pronouns at every opportunity (would probably bother them more than she where they can maybe laugh it off)
I like my employees’ sense of dignity and security to be demolished 6 or 7 times per shift. It helps them be better employees. It’s great for business and, therefore, great for me and my bottom line. Especially so in public-facing positions, like serving or ringing up items at the register. If my customers can see a dejected and tormented person in front of them, boy, you’d better believe they’ll be back every day of the working week for more commerce. I even misgender my cisgender employees for the same reasons.
Said
no cunt everthese cunts apparently? Why would you want to do this if not for pure love of the cruelty game?Because it’s a way to get minorities whose values might not align with yours to quit, thus ensuring everyone in your company thinks and acts like you, without taking the step of firing someone because they don’t look/sound/behave just like you.
They get the veneer of being an equal opportunity employer who will accept anyone, while at the same time ensuring anyone who’s not like them doesn’t last long or keeps quiet and miserable about any ways they might be different.
And yes, it’s not just about gender. That’s just the niche topic that’s representing a general stance on how society should operate.
I must have missed the bit in the Bible where Jesus said “thou must misgender trans people”.
They don’t read the Bible.
I skipped to the end of the book and it ruined it for me.
Not only does it not exist, someone who was gender-nonconforming specifically led the disciples of Jesus to the place of the Last Supper.
Luke 22:7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. 8Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.”
9“Where do you want us to prepare for it?” they asked.
10He replied, “As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him to the house that he enters, 11and say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 12He will show you a large room upstairs, all furnished. Make preparations there.”
This is super easy to miss for modern readers, because we don’t register carrying water as a gendered activity. But it was absolutely gendered in Jesus’ time and place; it was a women’s activity. This verse is the equivalent of Jesus saying ‘go downtown and find the guy in a business suit and red high heels, he’ll show you the right place.’
‘go downtown and find the guy in a business suit and red high heels, he’ll show you the right place.’
Fantastic advice if The Right Place is a dungeon

Under the agreement, the agency will not pursue charges against qualifying current or future CEA members over specified workplace decisions involving pronoun use, sex-specific dress codes, or access to single-sex facilities.
What a joke.
