The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will limit its enforcement of certain gender-identity discrimination claims against members of the Christian Employers Alliance under a new settlement.
The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA), a group representing Christian employers, sued the EEOC in January 2025, arguing that the agency “improperly applied Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to force employers to affirm and accommodate” transgender employees, reports HR Brew.

I like my employees’ sense of dignity and security to be demolished 6 or 7 times per shift. It helps them be better employees. It’s great for business and, therefore, great for me and my bottom line. Especially so in public-facing positions, like serving or ringing up items at the register. If my customers can see a dejected and tormented person in front of them, boy, you’d better believe they’ll be back every day of the working week for more commerce. I even misgender my cisgender employees for the same reasons.

no cunt everthese cunts apparently? Why would you want to do this if not for pure love of the cruelty game?Because it’s a way to get minorities whose values might not align with yours to quit, thus ensuring everyone in your company thinks and acts like you, without taking the step of firing someone because they don’t look/sound/behave just like you.
They get the veneer of being an equal opportunity employer who will accept anyone, while at the same time ensuring anyone who’s not like them doesn’t last long or keeps quiet and miserable about any ways they might be different.
And yes, it’s not just about gender. That’s just the niche topic that’s representing a general stance on how society should operate.
