We already know from the Lyons memo that they are telling people to do illegal things and providing them with information they aren’t allowed to study. The thing that is being buried by most headlines and maybe articles is that ICE is a part of Department of Homeland Security. One such part of DSH is Homeland Security Investigations. People are conflating the two. HSI has been for many years at such international events with a U.S. presence to conduct investigations regarding international crime and terrorism.
