Everyone knows this random DHS document supercedes the constitution. All the best people are saying it
4th Amendment doesn’t even specify “citizens”, it’s “the people”.
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
I’m sure they have a warrant to sieze your image, right? Um… right? 😉
The most amazing, revolutionary thing about the Constitution was that its rights applied to everyone within its jurisdiction, not just citizens.
