It’s great that they had to sell the mill sure, but the person saying that he hopes it goes further and the mill closes and everyone loses their jobs, is a objectively terrible person and has a terrible take. the question of whether these people should lose their jobs-- well, if that’s what it takes to make people realize what an unmitigated disaster trump is, then yes. absolutely. if that doesn’t work, where do we go from there? martial law? security checkpoints? “papers, please”? we’ve already got american citizens not only losing their jobs, but being kidnapped and thrown into unmarked vans and deported to 3rd world countries they’ve never even been to.
