Third World under the strictest definition: Not in NATO or the Warsaw Pact (no longer exists, was a pact between USSR, China and some other random countries)
I immediately think of a lot of old white guys scoffing at that and trying to rationalize why that doesn’t actually matter, casually throwing away a single weapon that they previously used against others for their own benefit.
It is in EU, and in UK, and in Japan.
It’s only third world nations, such as USA, that have such shoddy safety standards as this
Going from arguably the world’s strongest superpower, to at least pejoratively a third world is so depressing.
