President Donald Trump on Friday defended his son’s recent wedding party being partially bankrolled by a Russian oligarch, but also said he’d been told the money would be paid back.
“It’s totally allowed. And a lot of people have parties and all,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office, before adding, “But, as I understand it, he paid them back.” He also said, “I hear he paid them back” without elaborating.
ProPublica first reported this week that Umar Kremlev, who has close ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin, helped pay to rent a private island and for a fireworks show when Donald Trump Jr. and socialite Bettina Anderson were married in the Bahamas in May.
Yeah because demons like that don’t get punished, ever.
Our government has known about Zorro Ranch and the island long before the Epstein files were a thing. They all knew about when Trump said he would run and joined the GOP. They all knew about during every debate on tv, every campaign speech, every background check that every agency performed, etc.
They knew before hand that he was a dangerous and treasonous pedophile and THEY LET HIM TAKE EVERYTHING, TWICE.
There will not be any real accountability. The person who committed the largest Medicare fraud in the US (Rick Scott) works for Trump now and has never paid. A person who helped cause the 2008 financial crisis was hired in as the Treasury secretary the first time and helped treasonous pedophiles all the way to the bank.
