    Do you think that creating an office that uses city resources to provide direct support to labor organizers is just an ordinary social democratic reform?

    Yes, I do. That is literally what it is. It is an action taken to support the proletariat while simultaneously refusing to address the mode of production. It is textbook Social Democrat reform.
