They could put it anywhere, places where there isn’t already infrastructure in place that they have to remove. Third, the amountof money spent on this wouldn’t pay for a very big data center. Fourth, this administration wouldn’t hide a data center they would build it and just tell everyone it’s for tracking immigrants and people would eat it up.
