Most Iranians do NOT shout “death to America”… but yeah, he sent money to the ones who do.
I’m darkly amused that the citizens of US, Israel, and Iran all share a lot in common. And chief among those is that our governments are run by power hungry assholes that justify their brutality with religion and DARVO.
