If 2 masked, armed men come running up on somebody on the street and there are no clear Law Enforcement markings on them then couldn’t someone just shoot them and claim it was self defense or they were stopping a potential mass shooting?
Yes. That’s why they’ve been targeting vulnerable people in areas where that is unlikely.

There is no point in NOT shooting.
The majority of videos being shows (besides the ones at large protest sites or large roundups) seem to have 2 sometimes 3 dudes. Occasionally there’s someone there from another agency but they seem to always show up a few minutes later into the viral vid.
