even one bite makes gives me such an insane stomach pain and nausea that I’m crying in my bed for three days. and it’s not stomach cramps, it just feels like my entire belly will explode and nothing comes out. years ago i could eat them just fine, but now it’s also pears and berries…
it doesn’t say it’s the sun in the picture

41·7 days agooh, always thought it was an x11 issue and affected AMD too. well anyway he’s broke and he got a high-end nvidia gpu for next to nothing so I’m not going to even try to convince him to get another gpu

102·7 days agomy buddy wanted to switch from w10 to mint and i tried to recommend kubuntu because of wayland, i told him mint will be laggy because he has many screens with different refresh rates and mint can’t handle that. he wouldn’t listen, installed mint, and a few weeks later went back to w10 raging how linux suxx it’s so laggy. could’ve just installed kubuntu but no, it had to be w10.
literally just a few minutes ago i tried to edit an icon in gimp to make a red line. problem 1: it couldn’t make red color…or any other colors either except the one that the icon had. problem 2: how the heck do you even make a line? so instead of watching a tutorial on how to make a FFFFUUUUCKING LINE, I succeeded with pinta in 3 seconds.

installed fedora cinnamon on my grandparent’s laptop a few days ago and got a friend turned from 10 to mint. been using mint on my gaming rig, server and media PCs for over two years. also wife requested mint on her laptop, so no windblows devices left in the house then

Linux@lemmy.ml•For Linux gaming (including DX12), is there a strong reason to choose NVIDIA over AMD?
101·18 days agohdmi 2.0 doesn’t have the bandwidth for 4k120, displayport and hdmi 2.1 do. amd drivers don’t have hdmi 2.1 driver, because the hdmi forum didn’t allow amd to use it in their open source linux driver. you still get 4k120 with dp and even on hdmi if you use limited colorspace

351·18 days agoyes, HDMI 2.1. if you use a tv as a monitor, you won’t get 4k120 with amd cards on linux because hdmi forum is assholes
