5 months agoIf I’m not mistaken Belgium had the approach that non competes are valid. However, if the employee cannot find anything else the company has to pay that person for the duration of the non compete.

That was Google Nest. Though those cameras always gave you 3 hours to watch back footage, even without a subscription.
