1. Contracts, the sinclair can only say no to disney so many times before disney can cut sinclair off things like NFL games, and other contents that sinclair wants access to
2. Advertisers were pissed
3. Lots of complaints from viewers.

One candidate (Kamala) was willing to listen to you

The other candidate wants to level Gaza and turn into a resort

And you went with the candidtate that wants to turn Gaza into a resort.
