When you choose an advertising contract guy but he works in Australia. 🙃
I think it was already someone’s last day.
One of our local radio stations does this on purpose. The first time I saw one, I thought it was an accident. Then I saw more of them all around town for weeks. I guess the idea is that it makes people notice them more and share photos on social media… seems like it works.
It’s for the people in the cars that have flipped over.
Why are putting ads here now?
Because some ads are funny.
My guess is it was intentional. You’ll notice it’s been posted here. And, it probably got on the local news, too. People talk about it in the diner, etc.
You might even see it on the internet.
I think I’ve heard of billboard companies doing this if people stiff them on the bill.
‘‘the design is upside down, are you sure you don’t want us to fix it?.. it’s SUPPOSED to be upside down?.. OK real life engagement bait. alright. yeah no, well make sure we put it up upside down.’’
I’ve seen a few like that in Houston. At first, it seemed like a weird mistake. Now it feels like a weirdly intentional marketing ploy.
Customer: I want the red bar on the top where it’s more visible!
Vendor: you’re the boss
