They have hired a union-busting law firm.
I don’t know anything about that law firm, but secret-ballot election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board is the appropriate path forward. Chaining that it’s not and blaming the foundation for that is a certain kind of mental gymnastics that doesn’t make sense
