It’s a Valentine
Man i really don’t know the “Valentine” format and why From and To are blank. This is the first time i’m seeing this and I’m only seeing this on lemmy(is there a knowurmeme?)
I am assuming you are not American. These are very common. They are little gifts (usually candy) and cards people exchange to school age classmates on Valentine’s Day in the US. When I was young, we would decorate shoe boxes for them and you’d get them in packs of 12-24.
