When you use your car’s built-in speakerphone feature, the speakers in the car door reverberate, sending the sounds outside of the car. Maybe don’t do this while your car is parked. Everyone in the neighborhood or store parking lot can hear your very intimate or business-related conversation.

        Use open-ear headphones like bone-conduction.

The person would need to be in your face to listen to your convo.

The OP’s scenario is doing this while parked. While you’re driving it wouldn’t matter so much because there are only so many words somebody can hear when you pass them at 24-45mph

That makes sense. It didn’t even cross my mind that someone would connect their phone to their car’s audio system specifically to take a call unless they were driving, lol

Ah, gotcha. I was wondering why someone would be sitting in their unmoving car while having their phone connected to their car’s audio. So I figured this was while driving. But I see how I misinterpreted it now.
