He would remove most tariffs and the economy, because it was already short of picking up before tariffs, would bounce back and likely do well. Because of that he would likely be looked at as making things “better“ and then we would end up with another 6 years of MAGA republicans. Because of that we will not see him in any legal hot seat. Older rams had a trans that would absolutely break or grenade itself. New rams, as much as their engine and electronics still suck ass, have a ZF Transmission and it’s REALLY good. Dead reliable and holds power.

When you give out “free” money whether to people or to corporations and you don’t continue it and only do it as a one time you effectively create inflation. Lots of people NEEDED money during the pandemic, and I’m not against that. It’s the culmination of multiple government hand outs to people and corporations with no active thought put into what they’re trying to do that creates a loaded system.

Yeah, the first time it happened on Google Maps I thought it was just an issue with like that small section of bridge/overpass, but then it did it again and I was just stuck in the same traffic but now even further behind. It was incredibly odd. By like the 4th time I was like “ok, if I don’t stop using you then it’s on me for being so frustrated.”

Here in Cali I’ve noticed it’s actually better. Google Maps has been ass for the last 4 years for me. Wrong data, it takes me randomly off the freeway only to loop my back and put me right back where I got off. It has completely wrong traffic data, and it has road closures it thinks are still open. When I travel around the bay for work I mostly use Apple Maps.

All of which has drastically increased over the last 15 years. Look at a really good high end 1080p monitor and a low end 4k monitor and you will actively choose the 1080p monitor. It’s more pleasing to the eye, and you don’t notice the difference in pixel size at that scale.

Sure distance plays some level of scale, but they also noted that by performing the test at the same distance with the same size. They’re controlling for a variable you aren’t even controlling for in your own comment.

I was just reading an article about how France’s new PM resigned after 14 hours because to some degree they’re all afraid of tackling the issue of no one being able to afford living anymore. There’s obviously more to it, but my British boss working in the states also told me about how the UK basically had zero options for normal people too. It’s rough everywhere, but we also shouldn’t let that stop us here in the US from trying to make progress on the issue at home.
