If you look at the video, he was sitting in a single row, I don’t see how he could’ve had his feet on a seat, that’s something you do in a double row with seats facing you in front of you.

Someone posted the video above and they’re sitting in a single row, typically putting your feet on the seats it’s something you do in a double row with seats facing each other.

The video does clear one thing up, which is that he was sitting in a single row, which means he wasn’t putting his feet on the seats in front of him like you’d do in a double row with seats in front of you (like some dude in another thread jumped to the conclusion to).

Are they really both dogs though, I mean one of them is fully anthropomorphised, walks on two legs, talks, etc, while the other is more like just a normal dog. Seems like different species to me.
